These terms govern your use of Tinva, a colour-sorting puzzle game published by Preux. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 19 June 2026
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Tinva on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its content except as permitted by applicable law.
Tinva is free to download and play. It also offers optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you confirm. Consumable items (Drops) are used within the app and are not refundable once spent. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies — we cannot issue store refunds directly. You can restore a previous non-consumable purchase (Pro) from Settings → Restore Purchases.
Drops have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the app. We may adjust gameplay balance, prices, and Drops rewards over time.
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
We aim to keep Tinva working well but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your use of Tinva is also governed by our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
