Privacy Policy

Tinva is a colour-sort puzzle published by Preux. This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle.

Last updated: 25 June 2026

01

The short version

Tinva is built to respect you. The game is fully playable offline. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or any account sign-up to play.

02

Data stored on your device

Your progress, scores, stars, settings, Drops balance, and purchase status are saved locally on your device only. We do not upload this to any server. If you delete the app, this data is removed.

03

Purchases

If you buy Tinva Pro or any in-app item, the transaction is handled by Apple's App Store (and, on Android, Google Play). Purchase validation is provided by RevenueCat. We receive a record that a purchase occurred (to unlock your content and restore it across your devices). We never see or store your card or payment details — those stay with Apple/Google.

04

Advertising

The free version may show ads via Google AdMob. To deliver and measure those ads, AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier, basic information about how you interact with the app and the ads you've seen, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information. Because ads are delivered over the internet, AdMob may also use your device's IP address to estimate an approximate (city-level) location to help select and measure ads — Tinva itself never requests or stores your precise GPS location. This matches the data shown on Tinva's App Store privacy label.

These ads can be personalised, but only if you agree. The first time it matters, Tinva asks for your permission: on iOS you'll see Apple's tracking prompt, and in the UK/EU you'll see a privacy choice asking whether you consent to personalised ads. You can decline and still play the whole game— you'll simply see non-personalised ads instead. We never require consent to use Tinva.

Tinva Pro removes all ads, so the question of personalisation never arises.

05

Diagnostics

If you send a bug report (Settings → Report a bug), the app attaches a diagnostic snapshot so we can investigate. The advertising SDK above may also collect crash and performance data. We use this only to keep Tinva working well, and it is not linked to your identity.

06

Children

Tinva contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no behavioural profiling by us. It is suitable for all ages.

07

Your choices

  • Choose whether ads are personalised when Tinva asks for consent — and decline if you prefer; you'll still get to play, with non-personalised ads.
  • Change your mind any time: on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, in your device's ads/privacy settings. You can also reset this choice inside Tinva (Settings → Privacy).
  • Remove all ads — personalised or not — by purchasing Tinva Pro.
  • Restore previous purchases from Settings → Restore Purchases.
  • Delete all locally-stored data by deleting the app.
